At Peacock Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
